Abi, a leading producer of convenient and easy-to-prepare food products, announces the launch of a new wave of the educational program "Territory of Marketing" in collaboration with Vladimir State University named after Alexander Grigorievich and Nikolai Grigorievich Stoletovs.
The educational program "Territory of Marketing" has been implemented for four years. The project is specially designed for undergraduate students of the "Management and Marketing" department at the Institute of Economics and Tourism of Vladimir State University (VlSU). It allows future candidates not only to gain practical experience with a strong employer but also to start their career path at Abi.
The program is integrated into the educational process of Vladimir State University (VlSU): university professors oversee the lecture portion, while Abi experts offer students the opportunity to analyze real company cases. Practical classes and exams for the "Territory of Marketing" are conducted in a branded university classroom, designed using key elements of Abi's corporate style.
Yulia Volkova, Director of the HR Department at Abi:
“The ‘Territory of Marketing’ program covers many interesting topics that are useful for young specialists: which forms of online product promotion are relevant, how to engage opinion leaders, what is included in marketing research, and how to develop a brand platform.
“Thanks to Abi’s experts, the university’s academic program is enriched with real cases. Students gain an understanding of what specific marketing projects entail and acquire experience in their implementation—an unquestionable advantage in the job market. Moreover, students who complete the training have the opportunity to undergo an internship and apply for a paid traineeship at a federal-level company. If they prove themselves, they receive a job offer.”
The course will last for 2 academic semesters. Its main goal is to enhance the practical training level of Vladimir students in marketing, as well as to systematically form a student talent pool, with the opportunity for the best young specialists to gain subsequent employment at Abi.
Dmitry Kozlov, Director of the Institute of Economics and Tourism at Vladimir State University (VlSU):
“The collaboration model between Vladimir State University (VlSU) and Abi has proven itself in the best possible way. The company supports students not only with gifts and prizes but also professionally by providing them with education. Within the framework of the ‘Territory of Marketing,’ the theoretical part of the discipline is delivered by university professionals—our candidates and doctors of sciences—while all practical classes are handled by Abi. Such a collaboration between the institute and the commercial sector allows us to prepare future employees who will not hear, ‘Forget what you were taught before’ when they start working.”
Every year, more than 100 students complete internships and traineeships at Abi. The company provides them with the opportunity to gain experience in various fields: production technology, quality control, marketing, analytics, Information Technology(IT), economics and finance, HR management, and more. Furthermore, the company has created all the necessary conditions for the adaptation and development of young people: a mentoring system, support from the Corporate University, and a talent pool program that stimulates career growth.

Abi, a leading producer of convenient and easy-to-prepare food products, announced that a grand opening ceremony took place with the participation of Abi's founder, State Duma Deputy Grigory Anikeyev, Governor of the Vladimir Region Alexander Avdeev, and Abi's CEO Tatyana Trifonova.
On August 8th, the grand opening ceremony was held for the new production facilities at the "Starodvorskiye Kolbasy" plant. This is the first of two projects included in a large-scale investment program with a total value of 26 billion rubles. The new plant's production capacity is 500 tons of finished products per day.
The production site, with a total area of 33,000 square meters, fully meets high Russian and international standards for food enterprises, including environmental safety requirements. "The construction of new industrial facilities not only ensures the supply of food products to citizens but also makes a significant contribution to the Russian economy. The increase in production volume will allow for higher tax revenues to the federal and regional budgets, which means funds for the implementation of social projects—creating schools, kindergartens, medical facilities, and much more. The purchase of raw materials and equipment from Russian suppliers and manufacturers will give an additional boost to the development of agriculture and technological advancements in the industry".
Alexander Avdeev, Governor of the Vladimir Region, added:
"Abi has been a long-time partner of the regional government and is a prime example of responsible business, especially when it comes to caring for employees. We signed an investment agreement with Abi to increase production capacity during the 1st Central Federal District Interregional Investment Congress in Suzdal in 2021, and we are pleased to see it come to fruition. New jobs are being created in the region, and its product and financial potential is growing. The Vladimir-based company is already among the largest meat processors in the country and is actively expanding its market— in May, we showcased its products at the EXPO in Harbin.
Success in food security is very important to us. The regional government is promoting the development of meat livestock farming in the region, particularly by reviving industrial pork production. We expect a cumulative effect with the simultaneous expansion of meat processing."
Tatyana Trifonova, General Director of Abi, stated:
"Today we are completing one of the two projects included in the large-scale investment program 'Abi Production Capacity Development.' The launch of the new 'Starodvorskiye Kolbasy' plant will allow us to increase our product output, contributing to the country's food security. The new capacities will strengthen Abi's leadership in the categories in which it operates in Russia and support the growth of product exports.
When designing and constructing the new plant, our priority was to adhere to strict sanitary requirements at all stages of production, ensure full compliance with Russian and international quality standards, and create comfortable working and resting conditions for more than 2,000 employees.
It is important to note that the creation of new jobs will serve as additional motivation for our employees to learn and develop in their profession, allowing them to grow their careers and be confident about the future."
In 2021, the company announced the start of a large-scale investment project, "Abi Production Capacity Development." The project involves the construction of two new, modern, high-tech complexes for the production of sausages, frozen semi-finished products, and fully cooked frozen products. Abi, a leading producer of convenient and easy-to-prepare food products, announced that the "Vyazanka" brand has implemented an adaptive and inclusive project called "The Land of Accessible Cartoons" in collaboration with the Soyuzmultfilm studio and the Multilandia TV channel.
Starting on August 4th, the Multilandia TV channel will begin airing the comedy-adventure animated series "Chooch-Meowch" for children, with 52 episodes (2 seasons) translated by the "Vyazanka" brand into synchronized Russian sign language.
Each episode of the "Chooch-Meowch" project tells a story from the life of a girl named Marusya and a cat named Meowch, who has the magical ability to grant wishes, but always in his own unique way. This trait of Meowch often leads to "funny mishaps and unexpected adventures," which also involve Marusya's friends, Varya and Misha. The "Chooch-Meowch" series teaches viewers how to communicate with others, care for those who are weaker, and see elements of magic in the most ordinary things. Until November 24th, every Sunday on the Multilandia channel, there will be a marathon of adapted episodes of the cartoon.
Denis Martasov, Director of the Marketing Department at Abi, stated:
"Our joint project with the Soyuzmultfilm studio and the Multilandia TV channel allows us to make the world of children and their parents brighter and more memorable. For the 'Vyazanka' brand, which has been helping moms and dads care for their loved ones for over 10 years, it is important to support and develop the idea of family care, as it is in childhood that we learn to interact with the world around us and shape our personalities. We are delighted to be part of such a wonderful project and are confident that our teams' combined efforts will bring benefit and joy to many families".
Yulia Osetinskaya, General Producer of the Soyuzmultfilm Studio, added:
"Soyuzmultfilm's animation has been a guide to universal values and rich cultural traditions for many generations in our country. Each year, the studio's animated universe is enriched with new stories and characters, and we are thrilled to introduce them to all viewers without exception, something greatly facilitated by the project to translate the 'Chooch-Meowch' series into Russian sign language. It will join our collection of accessible cartoons, which already includes the popular 'Prostokvashino' series and a collection of New Year films".
Maria Dvoryadkina, General Director of the Multilandia TV Channel, noted:
"For the Multilandia TV channel, it is very important that the only barrier between us and our audience is the screen of a TV or smartphone. We know that among our viewers, there are hearing-impaired children who also want to comfortably and accessibly watch cartoons. The translation of 'Chooch-Meowch' into sign language has allowed us to fulfill the social mission of a children's TV channel and continue the development of 'The Land of Accessible Cartoons' project. Our cartoons are for all children without exception, and we thank every company and individual who helped us get closer to our beloved audience".
The "Vyazanka" brand products are available in federal retail chains, retail stores across Russia, and can also be ordered online through leading food delivery services.

According to statistics, about 5% of the company's employees have three or more children. Among the managers, this figure is even higher – 15%. Many bring their relatives and friends to also build a career in the company. For example, this year we honored 97 working dynasties!"

To implement it, the Federal Center of Competence was created, which operates in all regions of the country. As part of its implementation, it was planned that over several years, more than 6000 enterprises in the country would undergo lean manufacturing training and increase their labor productivity. We are pleased that one of Abi's production complexes has joined the project, and we are confident that the implementation of the lean manufacturing program will minimize production losses and optimize labor costs".
Alexander Chuvashov, Executive Director of JSC "Starodvorskiye Kolbasy," commented:
"The national project 'Labor Productivity' is being implemented at one of our production sites specializing in sausage production. All the approaches and methods developed during the process will subsequently be replicated at other sites. The pilot project is being conducted according to the FCC methodology, and all employees participating will gain invaluable experience. We have exciting challenges ahead, and I am confident that we will succeed".
